How long we keep your personal data
All the personal data/sensitive information that was gathered shall be held in a manner as mandated by the applicable laws for so long as we are lawfully obliged to provide the aforesaid services and support to the customer.The personal data/sensitive information that was gathered will be deleted when any of the following circumstances occur:

• The personal data/sensitive information is deleted by an agent/authorized representative who was specifically directed and must be legally equipped by a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney duly served upon us at least an hour prior to the deletion.

Any personal data/sensitive information you provide to us in the course of rendering the services shall be deemed to be an explicit authorization for CAMPUSLINK™ ACADEME SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, our employees, authorized representatives, related companies, and third party service providers to use, process, store and share such personal data/sensitive information in order to complete your transaction for marketing and promotional purposes, to improve our services, and other legitimate purposes. We shall not collect, process or retain any personal data for any other purpose except for the rendering the above services or as you may instruct us in writing to do.
